Label all photos sent but do not write directly on the back of your photo; we suggest using a small address label or similar in a corner on the back of the photo - "Post-it" type notes work well. We assume no responsibility for lost or damaged photos. 2. Please include CROPPING instructions for the photo as follows: Full Photo, Crop to Dog Only, Other (specify) If no instructions are provided, full photo will be used. 3. 5. We can accept Word, PageMaker, or PDF formats. When scanning photos, TIFF format is preferred, however JPG with resolution of 300dpi is acceptable. 6. A hard copy of ads being sent via email or on a disk is also required. 7. Prices shown are in US funds. Mailed payment in the form of a money order or cashier’s check is preferred. Personal checks drawn from US-funded accounts will be accepted; all others will be returned, delaying processing of the order. There is a $25 fee for returned checks.
