You must call the hotel directly at 401.732.6000.

The first and last days of your stay will be charged in advance for each room reserved.

There will be a non-refundable dog cleaning charge of $50 per room.

Only two rooms may be reserved per credit card or household; this policy will be monitored and enforced by the Specialty Committee.

Room rate is $119 per night.

Please note: Guest Reservations not cancelled or revised as permitted by hotel policy by July 10, 2008 will forfeit their deposit.

The Water Trial site is about 20 minutes away at Lincoln Woods State Park. All other events are on the show grounds at the Hotel.
